Maybe I Should Get Him Earplugs...

I went out tonight to get some things at the store. I came home, parked in the driveway (I'm painting something in the garage right now so we aren't parking in there/coming in through there), and came in the front door--which was locked.

He was so irritated at how loud the key turned in the door. It disturbed him (he was napping on the couch.) He was, well--disgusted with me.

I think he hates me.

(No I didn't call yet, yes I'm still going to.)

  1. Lady! You need to get on it, or that bastard is going to drive you crazy! I don't think he deserves that right! Letting him drive you nuts is like you letting go of you!

  3. The thing that drives me the most crazy about reading your blog is I know exactly where you are.
Eventually that fear in the pit of your stomach will make you nauseous all the time. Your hands will have a tremor, you'll have a constant dull headache. While grocery shopping or driving you will suddenly start to cry for no reason and wont be able to stop. You'll start losing your patience with your kids and none of this will be apparent to you until you don't live with him anymore.
    Please. Make the call.

  4. Melinda is exactly right. You won't fully realize the hell you're living in until you're out of it. And your little girls will be able to breathe again.

  5. PLEASE make the call. I've been out of the loop again but the last few posts just made my stomach turn. Stop eating in the car and pick up the phone. Don't let fear and shame rule your life!!

P.S. You had a question about my buttercream frosting....it should work perfectly on cake...but to make sure its stiff enough...and the milk/cream part at the end a little bit at a time. You want the consistency to be spreadable but not too "drippy". Once its on the cake, stick in in the fridge to "stiffen" it a bit if you need to. This will keep it from sliding off. And...if you feel like making a cake, be proud of it. Eat a slice in the house! You're in my prayers.
